This policy explains what Steerco collects when you use our forms, booking pages, and web pages, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect this information:
- Form answers. When you send one of our forms, we store your answers in our customer records. We also store the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Booking details. When you book a time, we store your name, email address, chosen time and time zone, and any guests or note you add.
- Visits. Our web pages may record each visit. A visit record holds your IP address, approximate location, device, browser, referring page, and time on the page.
- Business details. We may add business details about you from data providers, such as your company and job title.
How we recognize you
Our web pages set a cookie that recognizes your browser for up to a year. If you confirm your email address to open one of our pages, a second cookie remembers it for 30 days after your last visit. If you open one of our pages from a link in our email, we may connect your browser to the address we sent that email to. When we recognize you, we connect your visits to our record of you, if we have one.
How we use it
We use your information for these purposes:
- To reply to your request and follow up on it.
- To schedule your meeting and email you about it.
- To learn which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To keep spam and abuse off our pages.
Services we use
These services receive some of your information when you use our pages:
- Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. When you book a time, we add the meeting to our calendar in Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Your invitation carries a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link.
- Our mailbox. We email you about your booking or your request from our own mailbox. Our emails may record when you open them and which links you click.
- Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms and booking pages use reCAPTCHA to keep out spam and abuse. It sends information about your device and browser to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the services above and with providers that host our pages, keep our records, and send our email. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we need it for these purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To stop our emails, reply to any of them and ask.

We may update this policy. The current version is on this page.
